What Do I Do If I Have a Pet Emergency After Hours?

Call 702.645.0331. A veterinary technician or veterinary assistant will answer your call. They will discuss your emergency and after hours fees with you. If you would like to come in at that point the on-call Doctor and appropriate staff will be called in. Please do not come directly to the clinic without calling first. We are unable to let anyone into the clinic, no matter how serious the emergency, until staff and Doctors have been called in, and arrive at the clinic. If you have an emergency that does not afford you the time to call first, it may be better to seek care at one of the areas after hours clinics that are fully staffed with Doctors through the night. Those clinics are listed below.

What Is Your After Hours Fee Structure?

The after-hours exam and emergency fee is $140 and does not include any diagnostics or treatment. The on-call Doctor will provide you with a complete treatment plan (estimate) after examining your pet.

All fees for after hours care are due at the time of services. We are unable to accept checks for payment on after-hours services. Cash, credit, or care credit only.

What Are My Options If I Have Financial Constraints, But My Pet Needs Emergency Care?

We are pleased to be able to accept Care Credit as a form of payment after hours. You may apply for Care Credit by going to CareCredit.com at home. Unfortunately, we must ask that you apply for, and get anĀ  approval number at home before your arrival for after-hours services.

There are also 3 after-hours emergency only clinics in the great Las Vegas area. These clinics are fully staffed after-hours and do not require a Doctor to be called in. You may contact them with questions regarding their policies and fee structure.
